Should a kandura be washed or dry cleaned?
Everyday kanduras do well with wash & press. For crisp collars and cuffs or premium fabric, dry cleaning with hand finishing keeps the structure best. We handle both daily.
How do you clean abayas without damaging embellishments?
Embellished abayas are dry cleaned in gentle cycles, with beading and embroidery inspected first and finished by hand. Tell us about delicate details when booking.
Can you remove old or set-in stains?
Often, yes. We identify the stain type and hand pre-treat with a matching agent. Heat-set stains are the hardest — we'll always tell you honestly what's recoverable.
Will my whites stay white?
Yes — every order is separated into whites, lights, darks and delicates before washing, so colour transfer doesn't happen.
Do you clean wedding dresses and evening gowns?
Yes, in dedicated gentle dry-clean cycles with hand finishing. Mention lace, beading or a train when you book so we prepare the right treatment.
What happens if an item is damaged or lost?
Every item is tagged and counted at intake and again at packing, so losses are extremely rare. If anything is ever wrong with your order, contact the branch on WhatsApp and we'll make it right.
