Can old, set-in stains still be removed?
Sometimes. Heat-set stains are the hardest, but our stain-specific treatments recover many older marks. We'll always tell you honestly what's achievable before treating.
What should I do before sending a stained garment?
Tell us what caused the stain and whether you have already tried treating it. Follow the garment care label and avoid ironing the marked area before assessment.
