How booking works
There is no app to install and no account to create. You send one WhatsApp message to the Al Shawamekh branch (+971 52 726 9336) with your location and a preferred time. A driver collects your bag, the branch sorts everything by colour and fabric, and your order comes back within 24 hours — pressed, folded, or on hangers, however you asked for it.
If you won't be home, leave the bag with security or on the door handle and tell us in the message. Most regulars do exactly that.

What it costs
Pricing is per piece and the pickup itself is free with no minimum order. Everyday items are light on the wallet — towels and t-shirts from a few dirhams, shirts washed and pressed from about AED 6, blankets from AED 25, and carpets priced per square metre.
